How to Qualify for a Return To ensure a smooth return, we ask that:

  • Items that are damaged, stained, worn, missing tags, or accessories
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Our Return Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
